I finished the game for the first time in late July and at the epilogue party if you get the second joke from Shadowheart and tell it to Halsin he remembers his promise to Tusk. I exclusively romanced Halsin, don't know if that is part of the requirement for the dialogue but I did think it was awesome that Larian's writers went to that effort.
