I hqve been making beautiful and HUGE butter cream tier cakes for years. I would give anything to have watched this video first. You made this a simple and easy process and everything just made sense. You showing us what not to do was priceless. We see how others do it and make decisions. Their technique versus ours. Now you said this is why it has to be. The bad choices were removed from the turn table. Thank You, from Florida.

Do you cover your cake in buttercream before moving it to the cake board? It looks like you cover it whilst on the board you're displaying it on. If you move it after covering, how do you move it over safely?

Whenever I decorate a cake, my kitchen looks a mess, my hands covered in buttercream, usually when it comes to refilling the icing bag. Inevitably, I never seem to have enough buttercream.

I have to correct you about using the word TRICK to describe a method of doing something. According to the Dictionary TRICK means.... A Cunning Act or Scheme intended to Deceive or Out Wit Someone.....I am sure you don't mean to do this. There are lots of words that can be used to express how your method works easiest.
