May i ask r u doing a Masters or undergrad program? Just now you mentioned a Pass or Grad Score means what?? is it means unless u score 85 above then u will be graded a high Distinction? and if u score from what to 84 you only able to get a what grading?? if u score above 50 = pass? and grad means graduate and its nothing to do with the grading rite? Can explain a little more? its confusing. cos i be a student there soon!
hi, i am not sure why nowadays coach like to teach ladies to do squats and dead lift, but do you know squats will permanently increase your thighs muscles? besides slimming and firming your thigh which u get the initial results that makes you happy, but once after this stage, it starts to grow your thigh very very fast and huge! And once you stop, all the muscles within 2 months will turn into fats! and that time you will regret even more having bigger, fatter and flabby thighs! And worst is that you kept doing all the workouts that enlarge your thigh into PIG leg! So i suggest dont do it. this is cater only for guys actually. Next, its the dead lift that will increase the size of your HIP BONES! Yes! woman once pregnant, your hip bone will grow side ways or enlarge, and you know why? first, it provides larger space for your womb to grow your baby. second, as you carry your baby, the baby weight actually weigh down on your hip automatically enlarging it everyday until birth. So this is why some woman complain why after slimming down after pregnancy cant fit into their old jeans, pants or skirt anymore as this change is permanent! So when you are doing dead lift, you are actually enlarging your hip! your hip and waist line will at first be slimmer as your waist and hips muscles got firmer, and you are very happy! But if u continue, besides firmer your muscles, your hip bones will grow, just like you are carry baby daily. And this dead lift is normally for guys who are heavy body lifter, and we do this so that our hips and waist are strong enough to carry our upper body muscle mass as we increase your upper body muscle mass as we enjoy body building, i meant really really big big muscles those kind whereby my arms size is both of your arms size combine that rate. So when having a strong waist and hips, it would also prevent accident of injuring our back when we do standing free weights lifting overhead.

hi. may i ask how is it possible for you and your fren able to rent a private apartment or house, when the agent or landlord keep requesting for past rental records but we are international students who dont have in the first place? how did you manage to persuade them? kindly assist as i am searching for an apartment now and facing this huge problem
