If there was one song I could have running on a loop forever playing in the background . . . it would probably be something by Erik Satie, Brian Eno, or Boards of Canada.

There's a lot of interesting stuff going on with the vocal samples toward the end which get lost in the original version. Great job cleaning this up.

2023 this track still slays. Boards is one of those groups that shows up, makes an album that inspires a generation of artists, disappears for 12 years and then appears from the mist and does it all again.

What is the name of this song?. Can't find it on spotify as "untitled" or "machinedrum"

Boards are very ahead of their time, some of their music from near on 30 years ago still sounds fresh and up to date. The irony of it is that music has fallen far from grace and with tracks like this, people probably thought the future of music would've been a bright one. Edit; not to say that there isn't good stuff knocking about, as well all know you just have to dig a little harder to find it.

Does anyone else think that Cold Earth is based partially on this song? BoC did say in a interview that one of the Tomorrow's Harvest songs was based on a unreleased sing if theirs.

The track that springs to mind is “Palace Posy”, which sounds like “Old Tunes” era Boards.

I like TH don't get me wrong, but this track is better than anything on TH
@kaylemkerr69895 ай бұрын
@youtubeisevil You have a right to that opinion but I honestly don't think that's a fair comparison to make. Most of the tracks on TH have a drastically different feel to this high entertainment value track which is the type you could dance to. TH by comparison is often interpreted as post-apocalyptic, sad, and dark, not being something you can dance to.
