How many km in your i this hilux? What eangine ? aand what year? Any mayor problemas?

It’s a 2007, 3.0lt Diesel. It’s done 147,000miles. It’s serviced very regularly and I always use premium oils. I’ve had a remap and it’s now at 210bhp. It’s had two clutch’s and other minor wear and tears fixes. Nothing major thankfully👍👍

Chris Ogden i was looking to buy a used one with 180.000 km but have the 2.7 litters 4x4!engine but don’t know if its to much km and how reliable are

theedge508 I wouldn’t worry about the K’s too much, take it for a good test drive, and start with the engine cold. Like most things, if it been well maintained the K’s are not an issue. If you do buy it, drop all the oil and replace immediately. Diff(front and back) gear, engine. Start as you mean to go on. Good luck and let me know 👍

Its mounted on rhino roof bars, nothing fancy. You could probably mount it straight to the mountain top tbh 👍

Eduard Schreiber. It has a manual box but unfortunately I don’t have lockers, the LSD is very capable though. Cheers

Very nice Toyota... proper set up by the looks of things. Skid plate, bull bar (so nice) and such. Could you give some info on your set up? Just good to know what people are doing and finding useful. Thanks. Nice driving by the way.

Vig Haralds Thanks for your comments, as with all things ‘Overland’ it’s never finished. Most of the mod’s are what you can see. I’m particularly impressed with the ‘kaymar’ rear bar. Also the tub cover is on custom struts, so it can lift easily with the tent mounted. It’s had a two inch lift but really needs lifting a bit more. I’ve not fitted a winch yet but that’s next on the list. I post pics and clips on Instagram too mate. Instagram - Cogden822 Cheers
