Since I talk about CASA in this video, I want to remind people to please do not bash on CASA or harass them and any keyboard warriors will have their comments deleted. They are working on this with safety in mind and we don't want to compromise on aeronautical safety and of course, it slows progress and it will take years but it will be worth it in the end. This series was filmed last year (actually a year ago on the day I'm uploading this) so some criticisms are out of date either from me understanding CASA's POV and their systems or self-studying on human factors. Thank you!

I had the exact same gap problem on my Jabiru, they re-rolled the edge and got it fixed. The subtitles you've added are great, we can understand what you're saying while you're flying now.

Thanks for sharing any mistakes you make, they're the best thing pilots can communicate to each other. Even if you had a voice as clear as a News Presenter you'd still need subtitles when recording cockpit audio, so thankyou for the effort it will take to add them later.

Hey buddy! Just saw this video and your channel for the first time. I want you to know you're not alone with all the stresses you're experiencing. I'm a fellow pilot, and know that life is incredibly hard to balance with flight training. Don't give up, keep your head high. That 'mentality' that you speak of is earned through hard work, and overcoming obstacles like this. Be yourself and stop caring what others think! Compare yourself to the old you, and not to others. Big things come to those who sacrifice quality of life for a greater outcome. Trust yourself.

Thankyou for being you and doing what you are, you have a big journey ahead of you, one I hope to also achieve one day. I am a pilot with an RAA flexible wing endorsement in Collie. This video would benefit from manually entered subtitles, with the aircraft noise at times it is hard to hear what you are saying.
