great set up & some good cattle as we say in the game 👍i bumped into my mate on Monday & he was telling me he's got a new strain that's better than his kittle blood lines.he sent 4 to one of Belgium's top fanciers & 3 of them won 👍

You ever treat for yeast infection after this stuff like nystatan worms I like too stop the birds tha week I worm

Yes I treat for yeast infections but normally only after a positive test result. I know some that treat with Nystatin after every antibiotic treatment.

microscopic analysis is definitely the best method . probably like yourself back in the day i was still winning club & fed averages on beans & maze & a bit red band & Johnson's tonic as a treat . it was only in later years that i treat for worms,cocci & canker before pairing up 👍

Definitely mate things have changed so much over the last 20 years or so. Testing is the way forward to stop the overuse of antibiotics, this video was only really put out to help the new/inexperienced fancier in their early years of racing to help them get a little bit competitive so they stay interested.

If you hold the bird under water for 30 seconds let them go and they will not come back I kept pigeons when I was a young boy back in the 70s I a loft 32 by 12 and a lot of birds people came to my house and put there rings on the young birds I never raced my birds I just love pigeons now I'm in to koi carp you have some nice birds 👍

Antibiotics ruining this game, I'm 66 now and my father race pigeons all his life, Antibiotics was not heard off them, When a pigeon got canker, you got a box red head matched,s ,Soaked them, and then swab the pigeon throat with sulphur, after 2 weeks that treatment , it killed the canker

I agree William to a certain extent, I thing antibiotics have their place if used correctly. Testing is key. A lot if the old remedies will still work but if we don't talk about them they will be lost. Happy new year, have a good one 🍻

Was looking for your Live steam around 1am till 11am John then had to go to work, so just watching now your Dad is a case saying he picked 99 haha when it was your pick well done on picking your first bird home you know your birds John. When is Blackpool John ??? What's the price to get in ??? and is it a full weekend ??? One Loft Race sounds good Hope you get all your birds home and have great results John.
