Thank you for this video! It's the first day of 2025 and I'm exploring my desires for this year. In 2023 I set the intention to walk the Camino de Santiago across northern Spain on my own as a 59 yo woman - and I did it! In 2024 I didn't set any intentions and turned into a miserable couch potato. I know that manifesting works so this year I am setting the intention to see more of my beautiful country of Australia. I have the car, I have the caravan so what is stopping me? No more negative self-talk and seeking permission from others. I will continue to watch your manifesting series and put your guidelines to work. Happy travels x

Hi Carly, hope you have a wonderful start of the new year! I'm from the Netherlands and recently bough a van myself. I'm just catching up to a lot of your videos and in case you're ever in the Netherlands again, I found that a lot of restaurants will let you park on their parking lot for free if you eat at their restaurant. I've even called ahead to a few restaurants and was able to sleep there without having to dine with them. There's also an app called 'camping-app' where you can find camping places in europe. Most of them paid, but you can easily spot the free ones due to a color difference from the paid ones. I'm just finding out a lot of campervan insides myself and thought I'd share ;) Looking forward to your next vid!

Looks like a good program. I retired at 49, just didn't get off the train one morning, felt a heart attack coming on after 30 years commuting and 9 to 5 stress. I just live on a small pension now and in good health. As long as a bit of a roof over your head and something healthy to eat it's all we would ever need. I'm 56 now, like hiking, saving animals and go gently on the environment. I'm truly happy.

Merry Christmas, Carley. You have a power bank,not a generator . We have a 2000 watt power bank and it's a game changer, a fantastic backup. It will take much much longer to charge to 80% from 12volt, the quick charging time is from the mains. We definitely wouldn't be without it.. Take care.

I couldn’t pick a favourite part of your van, I really like all of it. The old Sprinters are very reliable, just keep an eye out for rust from paint damage(especially if your dad is helping you reverse😂), it soon gets serious. The conversion seems well thought out and solidly made and your modifications are useful. I think you never really finish campervans, there’s always something to improve, but that’s part of the pleasure.👍

Hi, lovely watching your videos. The All Powers station is a game changer. I think it will take longer to charge it from your 12v fitting. Not much sun in the UK, so it will take longer as well if it is from zero. AC it will be about 45 minutes to 80% from zero. Have good travels.

Hi, so grab yourself a Bluetti Charger 1 for a couple of hundred quid and that will charge your power station six times faster than your ciggy socket and also faster than your solar panels, do some research but having done loads this is definitely the way to go. Essentially once your at your destination after a little drive you will have full power in your power station

Merry Christmas to you too and amazing NY. I got a cheap £30 or so Asda branded air fryer and tried it on my 1000w energy box. It worked a treat and an amazing addition especially for those outdoor cookups in summer. In fact it's such a great little gadget I'm using it for most things. I'm in my van now doing a tour of bonny Scotland. Sadly no utube for me, I'm all thumbs with editing, but the journey we're all on is somewhat enlightening and liberating. Hi Carly, new to Vanlife so tahing in all advice. Recently tried a night near Sherwood forest but the newly installed diesel heater would not work with less than 10volts. We had fridge and lights on so no heat. Survived and on 2nd night out had electric hook up. All a learning curve. All the best and will be following you . Cheers!
