What symtoms did you have? My car has been at the shop for months. Mechanic cant figure out whats wrong with it. Im already $300 down the drain and my vehicle is still not fixed.

My Ranger's charging voltage drops at idle and I was going to buy an alternator today. I do not notice idle rpms being lower than usual or any rough idle, but I have never cleaned the TB in 140K miles. I will definitely try it before replacing the alt. Thanks.

Yeah I've been having this issue, definitely need to check the throttle body. I'd add that if you have a vehicle that uses a throttle cable, also check that for excess slack. Find out what your vehicle's intended idle rpm is after it's fully warmed up, if there is play in the pedal you need to tighten up the cable, though don't over tighten as it will keep the throttle open when it should be closed. Also check for a stiff/resistant pedal, if the pedal is stiff that means the cable is getting resistance in the sleeve, it can be fixed with some WD-40, then after that dries up, you can get some graphite powder down into the sleeve to help it stay slick. Never spray WD-40 on a hot engine, it can catch on fire.

I learned that around 10 yrs ago.....when I was in town and my Jeep wouldnt start.....I was close to a auto parts store and the guy came straight out to my car with throttle body cleaner....I was amazed that that was the problem. I never forgot it!!! Yes keep it clean!!!

My 2016 Camry sometimes dies when I come to a stop and sometimes it idles low. I was thinking to clean the throttle body but when I went and got it tested at AutoZone they said that the alternator wasn't putting out enough voltage. It was still connected to the car during the test. That was 3 months ago. Most days it's fine but other days it dies multiple times. Am having trouble finding any information on whether the alternator is actually bad or if it can just test bad and actually be the throttle body. Either way I have never cleaned the throttle body or replaced the alternator and it has 160k miles on it.

My car was doing this. Replaced the battery and alternator and was good for a few months and now the same problem. I have to keep accelerating when driving to keep the voltage up or else it’ll drop so low that the car will eventually shut off. Frustrating

The real problem nobody can answer is how can us Xbox streamers that stream on a PC through a capture card talk to “in-game” (proximity) people on Xbox with our XLR mics. I currently have a XLR mic with a DAC, but I have to join a Windows Xbox party to talk to Xbox people. I can hear people in proximity chat, but can’t talk back. Think it’s a problem that can’t be answered!

Dude I just reconnected my G Pro and it was stuck on a lighting setting I had set up from months ago and I couldn't for the life of me get it to change this actually helped I hit that little lock and it allowed me to start changing my colors again. Not the same issue you had but it fixed my issue so thank you.
