After watching you journal for most. Of 2024, I decided to take on the Margarete Miller collage challenge this year. I hadn’t realized how much time and thought go into each page! So I want to thank you for sharing your results online with us, I appreciate how thoughtful your choices are and how much effort you put into each collage. So many wonderful ideas for bubbles, Mich! My favourite is the bottle cap hanging from the tab. Great tip for strengthening the tissue. I am just getting into mediums. 😊

I really appreciate how you describe your design choices and your creativity in coming up with items to include in your journal. Good luck on Whole 30. I did it a few years ago and was feeling so much better by the end of 30 days. Meal planning is much harder though because of the food restrictions. I’ve heard they’ve made some recent changes so that some things that were restricted before are not now, so that should help. I really became much better at reading the nutrition information and ingredients on food labels beyond just seeing how many calories the food had. Really opens your eyes to how many things sugar is added to, many unnecessarily.

That’s a great picture of you grandma Mich. I think it is very special to use family photos in a project. You did a great job, as usual , with this one. I am a December baby too, and so is my husband. Snow supposedly coming our way on Tuesday. Stay warm. TFS

I love the idea of using personal photographs in your collages. I have been wanting to do memorykeeping collages for so long. Maybe I should try MM's collages this year again, but I am so tired of giving up halfway through the year. I have decided to do something on my good days (I have developed heart trouble after a hernia op last year June that causes debilitating and overwhelming tiredness at times and then the best place for me is bed) a nd stop beating me up about my bad days. We will see how it goes. I just love howxeffortlesslhy you put your collages together. I must also think in "themes"... a colour or a story or things that belong together. You are such an inspiration. Thanx for sharing your talent and ideas with us. Your videos always brighten uo my day. A blessed 2025 to you and your family. ❤❤❤
