Condemnation is from the enemy to keep us from going to God. "He who believes in Him is not condemned." John 3:18 Our deeds have been done in God (John 3:21) when Christ was lifted up- both our sins and His righteousness.

Thank you for sharing this! This posture truly does shift our Christian walk from being about what can do to be "spiritual" (self righteusness) to letting Him lead me in HIS purposes and affections. There is nothing better than crawling up in His lap and letting Him show me how much He loves me and letting His kindness lead me into the beautiful revelation of who He truly is. This tenderness turns my heart to want to be fully known by Him and to fully know Him. This display of affection from Him brings me to repentance, awe and wonder in a way that knowing only "about" Him through cerebral endeavors will never bring. Thank you Father for being a God of "personal interaction" and pursuit. There is none like You.
