I simply "LOVE" this case, but I cannot find it "anywhere" online. What THEY advertise is much larger and more bulky. Yours "looks like" an awesome walkie-talkie, which would make it superb for backpacking and field use. Do you have the sources where we can get these cases and the module inside, antenna, etc. as a package?

You wire them in parallel. Like on this build, positive to positive and negative to negative is in parallel which increase the amp hours while keeping the voltage the same. www.power-sonic.com/blog/how-to-connect-batteries-in-series-and-parallel/

It sounds like spring and ball are not seating fully. Sometimes they can be fixed soaked with an oil like Marvel Mystery Oil. However, if you have to remove it can be difficult. Here is a great website for learning more: www.oldtowncoleman.com/learn/coleman-special-tools-check-valve-remover.htm

I have a tear in one of the creeces. What is this material made of? Is it possible to patch? If so what kind of glue? It seems like silicone which is impossible to glue but idk for sure thank you
@RavenwoodAcresАй бұрын
I think you're correct about the material being some sort of silicone. There's probably not anything that will stay adhered.
@shandon360Ай бұрын
@RavenwoodAcres I ended up cutting two small strips of duct tape for each side and gluing them through the tear. It held water once but I don't feel like f@cking with it again. It was my dog's water bowl but whatever it's still a dope lantern. I've perfected fixing hard plastic with a heat gun and I'm gonna look into doing it with silicone Probably won't work lol

I don't pay more than $20 and generally get for less. Most sellers don't know what they have and how to check model numbers and year on the bottom. I find most my deals at flea markets and garage sales. For tank cleaning, yellow bottle Heet is good. If the pump works, you're generally in business. PB Blaster works for cleaning the check valve.

Hello. I want to put my first Meshtastic repeater up for my small community and family. I have done some research and all the modules look alike to me, I can't figure out which module is appropriate for my use. I have a 40 foot ROHN tower, all of the parts for the enclosure, brackets, batteries, solar panel, high gain antenna, etc. I would like to put it up on the tower and access it from ground level, either by Bluetooth, Wi-Fi as long as it's wireless. I don't think I need a screen, I will use the phone for that, and it doesn't need GPS. Could you point me out to what you would use in this situation so I can research the right device? I'm just concerned that I will buy the wrong thing. Thank you! subbed
