No offence but 3 cans a day is nothing, and I'm not saying drink more and ruin your progress, don't know how much you was on before but your doing well in an cutting down. Keep at it, Ive been off it for just over a week now, you will get better day by day but it takes a while for your body to recover from the lack of food and water and electrolyte stuff or whatever it is , never give up

I don't know how else to communicate with you other than to leave comments on your channel. Meeting other schizophrenics is rare, especially ones who share interests and similarities with you. I went into a schizoaffective support group on Facebook and they mostly just liked taking selfies and talking about weed.
