Thanks, Bro! I have a doubt also: Are HSP men beta? I have a toxic masculine mentality due to being unavailable to fulfill myself and disrupting my personality from reality. Just not what I've been hearing and sensing all my life about the correlations between HSP and Beta males, which lots of people tend to imply when talking about this or treat you that way, but I also have found lots of information across the internet stating these two terms as the same. Is it true? I'm not trying to show ignorance about the topic. It's just that I've been rejecting myself all my life, and I can't figure out who I am. I always get paranoid about people seeing me as weak or not considering me masculine. Can an HSP man be seen as strongly masculine, too? Thanks
