checked many of your videos, very excellently summarized in the POV of average middle class Indian/first generation moved out of country. The analysis, thought process and the way you convey it is really as if reading ones mind. I'm almost 20 yrs now in EU came to do Phd and now the trying to catch the last bus to return home. Thank you so much

We worry so much about how our kids will adjust in india after being abroad but never think twice when we uproot a kid from india and take them to a completely alien environment in a western country and force them to adjust.

People having good knowledge on personal finance don't need to worry. I saw several Indian IT engineers living paycheck to paycheck in USA. They spent everything on car, hone and whenever goes for H1B renewal in full tension 😂. Settling in USA or going back to India never loose hard earned money in any case. USCIS wants you work hard here and goes back with nothing, never go with their plan, if you have to goes back in worst case go like a King

@no-oneknows9236Ай бұрын
@@abhinavgupta6546 thanks , the admission starts from December in most school but there are few have seats til mar -April as well.

@ - but the American school year ends in June. Then what’s the best way to get into school in India without loosing a year
@no-oneknows9236Ай бұрын
@You just just need to request school in US to provide completion of particular grade certificate earlier. They will do that given situation like moving out of country. Your kid is in KG so won’t be that difficult. All the best.

India is a backward country where only crazy people live. In Your third world country, people wait 15+ years for a court verdict Women are r*p*d every 2 mins Nothing gets done without a bribe Education and Healthcare system are the worst in the world. Lastly, none of the indians in US help other new indians

Not sure why people even ask/listen to others to determine where they want to live. It is a personal decision, think for yourselves and do what you want to do. It is simple.

The age of children should be less than 10 years if you want to go back and have them adjust in India easily. I have seen various sets of problems when parents go back when the kids are teenagers. Also it is not fair to the kids to uproot them after that age.
@pasapr3 ай бұрын
The other age for you to go back is after the children are all settled and have their own career in the US. More of a retirement lifestyle in India.
@pasapr3 ай бұрын
The other thing you need to consider is age of the parent back home in India. I would want to be there to take care of them when they are old.

First things first, your daughter speaks very good Hindi. I don't know if that's her mother tongue. Second you have raised her well, she is very comfortable expressing her thoughts. You will not have any regrets moving back to India, since Bhartiya samskaras has no equivalent in the world. Our Aashirvad to your daughter for a wonderful life ahead.

Many of those in the US/Canada, may inherit a home or something in India. In that case returning makes sense. If one has nothing in India, moving back will be a financial challenge, given the low salaries in India. In any case, if kids are over 15 yo, they may find it very difficult to adjust. Very rarely I have seen parents with teenagers move back.
