your lambretta beating is perfect !my grandfathers lambretta restoration is complkete ,but its not sounding clean as yours .. and there are too many vibrations .. any solutoin

Please check crankshaft resting bearings for any play and also check for any loose components including nut and bolts. Regarding silencer its modified one sounds like lambretta 200cc 👍👍👍 But silencer look normal for outside look

Actually 86 kmph. After little modifications crossed 92 kmph. Now work is going on (Engine Modifications) after that it must cross 125 Kmph 👍

You can go for welding. Actually when you close valve the water in the extension pipe drain and will not be with water weight. But if the unit weight itself is heavy then there are chances of breaking at the nipple of unit

In reality lambretta restoration is very expensive. If you go for very standard painting only it will take 10,0000 rupees before 06 years in today it will be more. At least 33 parts in painting counting. Even you can go for nickel chromium if you don't want to paint it 👍

Chetak is very easy and direct transmission. Restoration cost also is less. In Europe they call Vespa Model in India we call Bajaj chetak

It is not messing up with second transmission on cluster properly. That's why its not moving

Mount it close to the coil with the condenser wire attached to the positive terminal of the coil. If you live in a country were it rains regularly, I would suggest mounting the condenser in a plastic film case. This is because if the condenser gets wet the scooter stops.
