Was the agency name IREN Nternational? Because I also recently faced the similar sort of issue today. My interview was gonna take place tomorrow. Thankfully i watched your video and went to cross check. They had filled wrong details and on top of that they started blaming and argued with me. Got my appointment rescheduled dk. And dude you gotta have to start revealing agency names, people should beware of all these scams.

Sir,i had my interview on 5th August for C1d visa, my visa got rejected under section 221(g) and it went under administrative process. How long it will take for this process or is there any assurance that it will get approved? If not, will they inform that it has been rejected?

Hi brother, I had an interview for a C1D visa yesterday, I did all the things. But they took my passport and gave me a yellow paper saying that my visa is refused for more Administrative Processing. You could have sorted out or solved this problem then and there only if you have filled the form by yourself instead of going behind agent , it is very self explanatory process once you start it. I can understand the pain you had gone through. In case of C1d visa 95% they don’t reject unless u don’t valid documents or not proper ds160 form.

Yes, unfortunately it was my first experience like every other Hiring Agency. They had filled behalf of me. I was on notice period was occupied with the hotel. They didn't even bother to tell me about DS-160. No issues, it taught me a lot of things and now I have valid visa
