It was kind of my own fault too-I refused to give the officer my details when he came out of the back corner asking for them. I hadn’t done anything wrong, so I stood my ground, but he pulled the Section 50 anti-social behaviour card. I told him ‘no chance’ and took the arrest. Sadly, because the system is corrupted to the core, the judge ruled in the officer's favour, stating that if an officer believes someone is breaching Section 50, they have the right to demand that person’s details without proof of their reasoning. It cost me a £300 fine, but I’ll take it and move on. You can fight the system, but you can very rarely beat this level of corruption.
