@@anshitamishra4534 My little girl was nose up, and nothing would move her other way around. At this point, I was in active labor for almost 24 hrs, and my blood pressure started acting up. 🙂

@@VelourBunny Thanks a lot for replying. I'm sorry that it happened to you. I pushed for around 8 hours but the baby wasnt coming out so they did emergency c section quoting cephalopelvic disproportion as the reason. If you get some time, kindly share 1) Did you have a healthy second pregnancy? Did your first c section impact your 40 weeks (or until due date) in any way? 2) I have severe degree of diastasis recti 8 months postpartum. Do you have any suggestions how to fix it?

It’s definitely not useless 😂 it holds quite a lot plus a bit more. I used mine a few times already and it carries everything I need. It was also so easy for grab a go to the nail salon 💅

Lots of power comes from our butts. Im not sure what is your goal.? Shoulders back arm and legs , will give you power in your punching .but if you just want to look good .swatts is the way to go . No weights. If you want some tips let me know . remember it definitely depends on what you are working for. ✌️😎
