I spent 20 yrs in plumbing only to specialise in leak detection. The best advice I can give. Save your back. Make easy money with specialized leak detection. Upfront payment from customers. Invest in equipment!!

Great stuff trying to grow my plumbing business that my dad started that im now taking over. We make net of 2,000,000 a year with only 6 employees including me my dad and mom whos the accountant plus 3 non family long time workers w us. We have aork steady but we want to expand soon and we want to line up more work instead of squeeking by 4 or 5 jobs a week

The same way you wake up and go to work everyday… but wake up earlier, grind harder. 6 kids sounds like more motivation then anyone else could ever have.. don’t make kids a excuse make them the reason to succeed

You have to start by figuring out your yearly budget. Add in your profit then divide that number by what you figure your billable hourly efficiency will be.

I NEED TO SPEAK TO YOU. Plumbing biz on the Gulf Coast...I need more than SEO....(have some SOP issues that are killing the biz right now) but, you were clearly an employee much like I am to my Special Plumbing Master (we plumb the majority of this Gulf Coast community - and we don't have the scalability and SOPs needed to succeed ... by my standards).
