Update on Employer’s Work Accident/Illness Report(WAIR) : WAIR shall be submitted to the DOLE every 30th of the month, with or without any accidents or reportable work-related illnesses, including COVID cases, through the DOLE Establishment Report System (reports.dole.gov.ph) in compliance to the provisions of rule 1050 of the OSH standard and DOLE 198 s.2018.

Hi. Ang Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) must be submitted at least 30 days prior the start of your project, per project po ang submission ng CSHP.

Na inspect na po ba kayo ni DOLE? Naging call out po ba ang non submission or noted violation? If not, then there will be no penalty. Penalty arises when there is willful intent to violate. Kaya submit na po asap. Thanks!

Hi. Sa OSHC po is free but required to be employed po. Other Safety Training Organizations (STO) are charging. ☺️

Hi po. Anong december 30 po? Ang submission ng AEDR po ay on or before January 30 following the covered period/ year po. Ang covered year ay January 1 to December 30.

Hi, it is based on 500 workers working 8 hrs per day, 5 days per week and 50 weeks per yr (500x8x5x50=1,000,000).

Hi po. The agency means the company who hired you to do a job for a client? If that is the case, your company/agency must submit the report using its own name and address and not that of the client.

Hi po sa per illness po ba per person lang sya? halimbawa po si worker A masakit ulo nya nonng January 5 then Feb 15 masakit din ulit consider po ba count noon 1 lang? then kapag Sick leave po sila need din bilangin illness?

Hi. Same illness and same person is counted as 1 lang po. For sick leave, per illness din po.

Hi. Annual report po yan, so lahat po ng worker worked for the said year kasama po kahit hindi man buong taon sila nagtrabaho, example: month of january lang sila nag work so kasama pa rin po yon sa report.

Establishments are required to have trained Safety Officer po, and there is a mandatory training for SO. If you will be the SO of your company then you need to undergo the training, or send one of your worker and designate him as your company's SO. Thanks!

Good day po.mam,noong march 2021 nacovid patient po ako dhl sa trabaho sa bangko...nagpasa oo ako ng requirements subalit sinabi sa akin ng sss ay iisa lng po daw ang ecc at sss benifets???pakibulabog oo ang sss...hanggang ngayon walang nangyari...nadamay pa ang pamiky ko sa covid....ang agency ko po walang alam mula s manager,operation at hr tungkol sa ecc😭😭😭😭

hi, good day. what if the company has a Head Office, Main Plant and Satellite Plants that are located in different areas, what will be used for the "current capitalization" and "total assets"? note, the Main Plant and Satellite Plants are in the same province but different municipality. thank you in advance.

Hi. Does your satellite office have different business registration from your Main plant? Or is it just an extension? If it has it’s own business registration, it has it’s specific capitalization and thus must be registered to DOLE separately.

Hi. Usually ang SO ang gumagawa ng AEDR and WAIR then ang OH personnel ang sa AMR. But as long as you are trained on how to do the report pwede kahit sino sa kanila ang gagawa.

@@jimpoytv5751 hi po. Yes, yon ibang mga reports pwede po e check sa DOLE in your location kung paano e submit, except for WAIR po kasi nasa ERS na po kaya online talaga ang submission. Thanks!
