I remember him and Mamur rounding up a lot of young people in Nimule to go Ashwa frontline with ruthlessness. After the war, I have not seen anyone ruthlessly rounding up war veterans to go receive their financial benefits from the office of veteran affairs.

You over taxed the population, including taking 200 ml of milk for the children. When are you to repay back? Splm agenda was to take towns to villages, the paradox is that we brought the villagers into towns

Thanks for the programme Fixing South Sudan.What General Mabil said is true but South Sudan like an other African country is full of resources apart from flowing rivers of crude oil. But what makes it move forward is CORRUPTION period. The government of President Salva Kiir Mayardit is very corrupt and the elite are busy squandering South Sudan`s oil by enriching themselves forgetting the general populace.The country is good for crop farming and livestock keeping but the people are dying of starvation. You fought the war with the guise of liberating yourselves from the Arabian bondage but some of the leaders including President Salva Kiir Mayardit were after looking themselves being supported by the barrel of a gun. All the clashes or confrontations taking place in South Sudan is based on greedness. We don`t want WAR again in South Sudan but we need progresss. I am watching your progress in terms of political and economic perspective from Zimbabwe.

I really don't understand why south Sudanese construction companies can't get the contract to build these projects
@faithbooktmtv50523 ай бұрын
South Sudanese companies don't have enough know-how and cash. They always want to get a hundred percent payment from the government, then go and outsource the work. That's why ARC spent 1.2 billion dollars on a 200-km road between Juba and Bor. Yet the road is abandoned with a third undone.

This discussion is good for South Sudan but saying that because there are some South Sudanese in other neighbouring countries, then South Sudand government should not take any other action except offencive diplomacy which is may not yield any good results for the people of South Sudan. The people of South Sudan who are in the neighbouring countries should come back to contribute to the development of their new independent country. They should not be left to suffer in foreign countries in the name of schools, hospitals and other things. South Sudan fought for their independence well knowing that it will not be easy. They fought for the people of South Sudan who should all be in South Sudan. Let the South Sudan government embark on builing schools and hospitals for the children of South Sudan. They cannot and must not sacrifies their land in the name of "our people are in those countries." When you were fighting the Sudan (Khartoum) government, did you fight in order to sent your South Sudanese to live in neighbouring countries? You fought for the freedom of South Sudanese including those living in the foreign neighbouring countries.

Real liberator and has South Sudan in his heart. Our problem in south Sudan is that a person who tells the truth will be considered an enemy. He would have been in the Blue House but those in that facility fears him. May God continue to bless you abundantly ya General.
