The video cuts off when you say how long to whip the butter and how long to refrigerate. Please let me know. Thanks!!!
@BetterSheaButter4 сағат бұрын
Thank you for the heads up! Refrigerate until 50-75% solid and then whip until your desired texture (you can leave the butter softer or whip more air into it for a fluffier butter)

I love your shea butter! I need to get the other butter because it’s to be more moisturizing? I made my first body butter with my ninja and added Evoo and rose hip oil. I will have to try apricot oil! Thanks!

How does your vanilla and honey not sink to the bottom?
@BetterSheaButter6 күн бұрын
That's a great question. I didn't have any issues with the honey or vanilla extract separating from the wax while cooling. The vanilla extract was alcohol free and in a base of glycerin. It seems that since the honey and glycerin are both sugars they combined nicely with the wax itself.

Where do u buy the rosehip oil from ? I need in bulk
@YapahJudah17 күн бұрын
Definitely will try this, I have Apricot Oil and the white Shea Butter instead of Almond and Yellow Shea Butter here. Will that still work?
@BetterSheaButter17 күн бұрын
Hello Yapah, yes, those will work! You can substitute any liquid carrier oil for the almond oil, and you can definitely use shea butter without the borututu extract.

Can’t you just let it be herbally infused by setting it in the sun instead of the stove method?
@BetterSheaButterАй бұрын
Hello Vanessa, we haven't tested infusing oils via sunlight so I am not sure how that would affect the final product. However it seems like it could work -- let us know if you end up testing this!

Mine doesn’t stay whipped 😢 after couple hours it turns like a soft paste..
@BetterSheaButterАй бұрын
Hi Carla, since there are no additives to control the finished texture it can sometimes change especially in hot or humid weather. When this happens customers have mentioned they like to add a bit more butter to their formula. Some have mentioned adding 1-2 oz of a firmer butter that has been grated (such as kokum or cocoa) or a couple tbsp of arrowroot powder to soak up some of the oil. Another additive that helps keep a stiffer texture is a wax like beeswax or carnauba, however these will require melting in order to add them.

@@BetterSheaButter thank you so much! I will try this!
