I realize everyone likes to look at open space. Farming is a very labor intensive occupation in which today’s generation isn’t accustomed to. The owners of the farm had a choice to sell the land to either an industrial or residential developer. If this land were to be developed into a residential development, look at all of the township and county services that would to provide. Additional schools, school bussing, emergency services and what does this mean for every household in the township, more taxes. An industrial development, although not the most beautiful to the eye, pays taxes and does not require the development of additional schools.

This is so dumb...how are you suppose to find which book youre looking for without seeing the spines? I could MAYBE see this being a thing if the edges were painted and you could tell each book apart that way. But this...this is just stupid...

I really loved the book!! Especially the main character Elisabeth Zott who is a chemist and scientist and fights to be one in the society in 1950-60s full of discrimination of women and misogyny, in the society where woman’s role was to stay at home, cooks and take care of kids and husband. Very interesting and unique characters in the book. Although the book deals with real and serious facts, it is is written with a hint of humour and sarcasm. I love the way it was written, it keeps you interested and in awe all the time. Really unique in my opinion. Maybe because I am a scientist myself and understand the love for science and I am very big supporter of women fighting for their rights.

What is going to cause a real estate crash is people who bought this homes were not expecting a rise in insurance, taxes maintenance costs, food, utilities and everything else. They still make the same amount but they spend it all just trying to survive. You watch this real estate market is not sustainable.

I appreciate what you are saying. If homeowners have stretched their purchasing power to the max, and are borrowing against their credit cards etc constantly .. not anticipating home maintenance expenses.. don’t have a 4-6 mth reserve set aside .. can find themselves in trouble. So the real question is .. what advice did they get and how did they budget for the home when they bought.

@@LivinginPhillySuburbs I don't think anyone can tell for sure. But prices have been going down in places where they first started booming, (west coast, south east) this indicates they should continue in that projectory elsewhere. This will be different in every market. Even in 2008 some markets held steady while most were hurting. If you live in a desirable area you won't see much change going either way. But I feel most of the markets will see decline. This should take a couple years to come to fruition.

There will be pockets of undesirable areas that will see a drop in pricing @@northeastev While I keep an eye on national trends - I usually refer to my market area in my videos - suburban Philly - northern Chester county - parts of Montgomery and Delaware counties. As I recall, the property that Vanguard purchased could not be developed due to a limited population of an endangered turtle species. If that was the case for VGI, wouldn't Amazon encounter the same construction barrier?
