This is a great pattern. I love the plain HDC. I've made one so far and the sizing nd fit is perfect as I wear a small glove. The Patons Classic Wool worsted in colour Heather works out really nice. Just found your account! 😊

Crochet this balloon and love it. Can I use other types of yarn like velvet instead?

Love the tutorial. This is a wonderful way of working crochet to make it tidy, drape, and looks amazing. It has an entrelac feel, but it is not entrelac. Love it. I will have to watch it couple of times.

Love the pattern thank you I make these often for gifts for kids. This version is not entirely eco friendly as this type of yarn is acrylic. I use 100% wool for mine 😊

In the written pattern in Raverly, the round section of the hat does not include the slip stitches. In this video, they are almost an afterthought.
