I would like to hear what Jeanie's method is? She says in the 15 minute that she does things differently than him. I would like to hear what she does as i've heard his method or a version of it and do it in some sort or fashion. Thanks for insight.

There can be a difference in the meats of different breeds.... Highland meat has been confirmed to have the highest level of "good fat' and the lowest level of "bad" fat of any cattle breed. It is very lean by nature, and as the woman said, they mature slower than other breeds.

I would suggest some roller stands, makes for stable work environment. Separate or couple on the guard to send back to the in feed. Edges coming off the saw to the right, edgings stack that side. Boards to the other side?

The last time I went to my county fair was at the invitation of a young couple who were new neighbors. The husband's youngest brother was showing a calf and he knew that I had showed calves in my youth. The youth was struggling to prepare his calf for the show with no help. As soon as I stepped in to help, I was approached by officials from the fair. They said I was a professional groomer and could not help any of the kids prepare. They said all of us that had came from my time period were considered professional groomers. It disgusted me enough that I have not been back.

When.Inwas a kid, we tied the calf to the truck.trailer hitch and I rode in back and instructed walk or stop. But now I just carry a pocket full of grain, after being tied.to a.post.for.a little while. When they step.forward, they get a.goodie. My 2.bottle calves caught on very quickly.

The winners will go to bidding but they will get eaten of course, if your cow didn't make it to bidding it will go to slaughterhouse.

Is there a danger to leaving a halter on long term (getting caught in fence wire, skin irritation, etc.)
@torideanae8 жыл бұрын
you probably have found out from another source by now, but yes it can begin to dig into their skin and cause wounds if it is left on for a long period of time. but a day or two should be alright then take it off and let your calf's skin rest

Why not start a human composting facility and charge a fraction of the cost of funeral homes and burial sights? That's a lot of wasted minerals.
@benshuetrim96406 жыл бұрын
Whung-LOW I canvassed a similar idea with local council and local vets for composting of their animal disposals. No one was interested as it seemed somehow "inhumane" to them and they wished to continue on burning them down to ash...(this is Australia though)

Pink oil, final bloom, Afro sheen from Walmart in the pink or blue/silver can. The pink oil works best in my professional opinion it also can be used on blades for a oil to keep them cool and continue to cut sharp.
