The individual King Dice mini-bosses can't be individually S-ranked, if that's what you were asking for. Not sure how not having a charm equipped matters here though...

Dude i tried doing this as a cool thing for reaching 5K deaths on my main save file, i got to 5189 deaths and still havent completed it :c (Btw congrats 🎉)

Peashooter doesn't do damage fast enough 😭 Edit: So, it IS possible, there are KZbin videos about that, but I will not do it. I am perfectly happy with doing it no-hit, and I won't re-do it slightly faster to get an S-rank.

@Tazawa_Moon Hint: Sometimes, regular projectile deals more damage than EX projectiles if it consistently connects to the target.

Fast conveyor belt + wind effect combined perfectly stops you if you keep running in the opposite direction! That's why I start moving again after a bit: the wind stopped.
