The unit I have doesn’t have it. Though you can see the simtray it has 2 sim slot and at the button a space for micro SD. But it does not have a fitting to put your micro sd card.

I don't really discuss battery life, the reason being, is that , first, the users' behavior of usage, second how the users charges their phone. E.g. charging overnight or draining battery, that would significantly affect battery performance. Given that the battery is made of LiPolymer. Overcharging and draining will decrease the battery capacity. So even if I said this phone could last 2 days on average use, or could last 14 hours with heavy use,that might not be true. With the majority or users, phone users charge their phone overnight. That's why you see a lot of people complaining that they only had their phone for a month or so and their battery is draining fast, not to mention that rogue apps contribute battery drainage as well.

Another main issue I noticed were. The parts availability (July 5, 2024). I've checked ifixit for the parts, and all of them are out of stock except for one, which is the battery adhesive (5 stocks available), whats the point of repairability if part are not available. In ifixit EU, there is no issue getting the parts. I wouldn't be surprised if HMD didn't make it in the smartphone business.

It's a good attempt, but consumers here in ASIA, the majority of them won't be interested in HMD smartphones. I contacted HMD and Nokia about parts availability. Nokia replied and said, "As of now, it's currently not available, and they will just pass on my feedback to their suppliers on when parts will be available. And here's the worst part.. I contacted HMD and said to me the same thing, and I was told just to look for the parts online.. I mean, I know it's available throught ifixtit, but 99% of consumers in ASIA won't be able to buy it through ifixit US or EU. Because not all can afford the shipping fees to get the parts on those said countries.

@@WiseWanderTech Thanks for the detailed reply. In theory being able to repair your phone using ifixit is beneficial. But in truth if the parts are not easily available (plus the complication of having to stock parts for different models etc) it's more trouble than it's worth.

Currently in Lazada it’s only P4,500. It’s cheaper now than when I reviewed this phone last year. Color available are Purple and Green.
