Dude this one is selling rcr condo. Of course is to cater to buyer of income of 10-15k per mth. There is real estate for every Singaporean. Even if income is 1.5k, can bto and take grant. Govt caters to everybody. Anyway excellent floor plan, excellent staging. Great job jna. A good buy.

Better option would be near town The Arcady. Just 3min walk fr Boon keng mrt. Almost similar size devt. Freehold & similar ave $2500 psf

Agents will always tell buyers dumbbell layout is good. It's untrue. Traditional layout is better cos of privacy for bedroom doors away from living. Ask any architect. Old condo designs never have dumbbell layout cos it's not as good.

A 700sqft 2 bedder at Queenstown Redhill can fetch 5 - 5.5k a mth. U think Reserve Residence or others in Beauty world can fetch this amount?

Name is misleading. Location is upper bt timah or beauty world, not Bukit Tmah. There is a world of diff between BtTimah & Upp BT timah! Insane buying at ave $2500psf. I rather buy 1yr Stirling Residence at $2400psf at Queenstown. Or other newer resale units at Queenstown or Redhill. Sorry, Beauty World is rather ulu. I know cos I used to stay nearby. If buying for rental it will not be high compared to Queenstown Redhill.

Dude, actually what you said boils down to your own preference. Based on real transactions, prices at Beauty World already hitting 2.5k. It’s your preference not to like this area but there are many other think otherwise.

@@gabrielchan4420yes, a part is due to personal preference. Of course there are many who will like the location. To each his own. But based on location factor. I can't see beauty world have same location value as Queenstown Redhill. Imo ave $2500psf is too high for Beauty World. If buying for leasing, return will not be as good. Future cap appreciation not as high.

Frankly, i think only u and handful feel Queenstown, which is one of the most sought after town, is boring like shit. I never said my view is a fact. It's just my personal view. I have every right to express my view, just like your right to think queenstown is boring like shit.

Constructive criticism... Maybe show slides full screen so we can see info clearer, esp on the phone. We don't really need to see your faces when you show slides. Also, first few minutes of plugging the show is just too long, and additional plugging by telling "stories". It's too much. Don't need to. We know you provide services. Good effort in getting the info presented. Thank you.

Now is not a good time to buy... Whether you are investor or buying for own stay. There is downward pressure on prices. The returns are lucky because of bull run caused by COVID-19.
