I am surprised this place has not sold yet. The empty lot to the east of the house is not really featured here which is unfortunate. The lots are nicely raised above the water and the water has good depth right off the shoreline. This is spring 2121 I think the empty lot is actually underpriced, the house may not bring what they are asking. No realtor sign. Realtors will sell their own.

You almost wish these videos about gorgeous rich mansions didn't exist. They hurt so much to look at, knowing 99% of us will never have a home like this. If you're in that 1%, whether you deserve it or not, you better be thankful every day. Many of us will never have a home we can truly enjoy and it takes its toll on the human spirit.

I live in a great home. I love it. Some people have houses over 10 Million dollars even the ages under 15. They are grateful. So all of us should be grateful. Lots of people have amazing homes and one day we will get a home like that. People sometimes hate their own houses, but at least they have one. Lets try to get to all have a big home. #LetsAllGetAHome

I design homes of all sizes and budgets. I get inspiration from these videos for the exterior and interior materials and finishes, lighting etc… You can achieve the same looks with good planning my friend. And yes we should all be thankful for what Jehovah God gives us every day.

One thing about Edmonton its very cold and its only when you go there and see this for yourself that the city truly doesn't give a flying f.......k about these people the only attention they get is when the cops are doing the weekly raids and usally take everthing they got including there tents sleeping bags and drink and drugs that they need to survive and worked there assets of doing God know what to get. There treated lower than a rabbid dogs the city of Edmonton are doing plenty of we truly care and the media sells it bullshit but only the people that live here and pay attention to humanity really know .

@@stevenbrown3783 I did read his comment. I wouldn't say Edmonton is one of the coldest places in North America. Theres many much colder communities north of the city. It might be one of the coldest large cities, but that's it.
