Is there a way to turn off tyre tempature, I am bad at racing and without changing how I drive my tyres have started overheating. Even just by accelerating forward a little bit they INSTANTLY overheat and I can't get them to stop AT ALL. I just want to disable tire temp altogether so i can have fun in the game.

You should have been at Snetterton, there were a few worried faces amongst the other competitors and significant relief that Lucas was not running all season. It was a sensational performance. Give the man a trial in F1 !!!!!
