Truly amazing!

Great build! Even if this is not part of vanilla or the DLCs, I’d love to see this available as a settlement mod. Sadly, I’ve only seen player houses available on PS4/PS5 as CC content and Mods, but one can dream at least and see these awesome creations come to life on KZbin!

do you get any super mutants re-spawning in? love your build and the idea of having a settlement anywhere (have bookmarked the mod) but i was wondering whether you get attacked in the settlement? cheers

I have deleted those decal stans before. Sometimes, the planets align, and you can tag them in build mode, but you still need a mod like Scrap Everything to get it. Othertimes, I have accidentally scrapped a wall, and the stain pops up as scrappable, allowing me to get it, but I have to replace the wall. Best chance to get it, though, is to go into console commands, click on the densest part of the stain, and type "disable". Sometimes you get the decal, sometimes the object behind it. It's a 50/50 shot, but worth trying. If you get the object behind it, just type "enable" before exiting the console, and it will reappear once you exit. You can also sometimes move or delete a wall and look up at the sky to see the decal to disable it with console commands.

Fantastic build mate. I love it, the plants and all of the big windowed walls matches perfectly the name of the settlement. And btw love the Oasis Tower sign.

I think to get rid of those decals you'd need to edit the cell data. You could play around with GECK and create a mod that does it.

The “accidents” are vanilla grime sadly, you could replace the texture with a transparent version, then it would be gone everywhere tho. or maybe remove it with the Creation kit in the spots that are affected

the grunge is actually an opacity, aka "alpha map" in your textures. Thats why you cannot select it. There is no actual mesh. Thus, impossible to scrap. Not sure the exact one, but if you load it up in Photoshop, and erase all of the texture, and make it a purely transparent plane and save it, that grunge would still be called in the textures call-out in the game, but the texture is actually invisible. Just keep in mind it would do that to the whole game, and not just 1 place. That would be the only draw back, but who knows maybe the world wouldn't be such an eye sore if a few of those alpha's didnt show up. lol

How did you build up there? I have place anywhere mod and conquest but i cant get it to work

I been notice that many of us fallout 4 players, we focus in rebuild civilization, for that we saturated our game with tons of mods , we actually ruined, .... I'm 58 years old, I've been playing F4 now for a while, and I discovered something, is now about rebuild, not even settlements, and all started with dogmeat, many players hate this 4 legs friend, but we need to start looking for clues, He actually is talking to us, don't hurt him, and don't let nobody hurt him, and He gonna give some path to follow, forget about boston , they already dead, all dead,
