i stumbled upon this randomly, good job on the challenge! if you're planning on trying again or just playing astroneer, your terrain tool has another mode you didn't get to - leveling. it can level out the terrain *or* build out on the angle you choose if you have a soil canister. so you can use it to flatten out a part of the landscape, build bridges over gaps, OR, if you start it at an angle, you can build ramps - up and down. so the way to get to the core safely is dig a tiny hole into the ground, angle your terrain tool on the leveling mode (make sure you have a soil canister) so that you can create a slope downward, and start sliding :D

I’ll be honest too, it’s probably not a really difficult challenge, especially if you know certain things about the game like speedrunner strats. Unfortunately I don’t know much about the game, so it was hard for me! But at the end of the day if the video’s entertaining and people like it I don’t care how hard the challenge was… so hopefully you enjoyed it.

Working takes more time to get a lot of money! I recommend you to find collectibles! Theres a lot of them in willow creek and oasis spring. You can click on any plant to collect the fruit/flowers, and they can be sold or replanted. Infinite money glitch! Also you can click on a pile of dirt and click "dig". Lastly, fish.

@exlonic7 ай бұрын
Well I promised stories. So one there was this MMO game, it was like a roleplay game or something I don’t remember and it’s not really important. But the creators had recently introduced a new type of rare item. And because it was new they didn’t quite have the balance right meaning a bunch of people got a bunch of these “rare” items. Now back when this happened I was playing the game constantly. Unfortunately my game luck is terrible and I didn’t get a single one of these rare items, while other people were getting like 10. Eventually the creators of the game balanced things out making the item actually rare. I never got my hands on one of them.
@exlonic7 ай бұрын
Most of my stories are really simple things in games like oh one time a monster spawned practically on top of me in a horror game (which has happened btw) or just generally getting terrible spawns for things while my friends find all the good stuff.
@ExlonicSkits6 ай бұрын
So the story of the elytra, since Plinter clearly isn’t going to state it, is that in our personal survival server I could not find an elytra. Like I tired everyday for Days. By the end of it I think it had been like a month. While Plinter found one almost instantly. Like bro I had explored in every direction and knew the location of all endgates, but I had to ask plinter for help and after not even an hour He finds me an elytra…

i think you should really focus on your mic setting so your voice have a more ''professionnal'' sound to it, that might be more pleasing. i feel it might help you a lot, and yeah.. less editing would save you time and make your vids actually better

Hmmm, now that you mention it I haven't really thought about my audio in a while--I mean I thought it sounded good but I have a bias, so could you maybe elaborate a bit on what you mean by professional? It's alright if not, I kind of have an idea on what to change.

@@exlonici can't really describe it on text but i think you should use a compressor and any sound tutorial on youtube, idk what mic you have but i own a yeti and downloading the logitech audio software & using their premade options made me sound WAY better (as if i was in a studio)

I wish I could support this project with the money I don't have, but I don't have money. So instead I'm opting for this minimal exposure because it's really all I can do. Anyway if you're a fan of indie animation here on KZbin I'd suggest checking it out!
