This video was useful for changing the trigger in a very similar pistol. The Colt Mustang's trigger change was much harder than shown here. The factory original nylon (plastic) trigger failed where the trigger pivot pin goes through the trigger. Drifting out the trigger pin was exciting. Cupped tip punches are good to use, but a small nail set with a cupped tip will work also. Tape the frame and hit the punch with a good size hammer. Only strike the punch once before repositioning it so take your time. Once the trigger pin moves a bit, a regular punch works well. Don't make extra work for yourself. Drift the trigger pin just enough to get the old trigger out, but not enough for the pin to come completely out of the frame (you'll thank me later). The biggest hurdle is drifting the trigger pin enough to get the old trigger out. The second hardest part was removing the trigger bar, trigger bar roll pin and trigger bar spring off the old trigger and installing those items on the new trigger. If you aren't afraid of a good challenge then this is a good test of your gunsmithing skills. Remember Bobby Bouchet ... "You Can Do It !!!"

This chart is a little choppy. I wonder if waiting only to trade the "Ramp" exponential move up is the only way to trade...., also when the chart is a little choppy on 1's its better to trade with less risk, in my opinion. I could be wrong , who knows....

if you ever get a chance, and if you re extremely lucky to see him, watch "dack" in trade ideas chat. he doesn't come in very often but when he does, almost always he's trading something that makes huge runs. If you ask nicely, he'll share the scanners he's developed over years. I use his scanner as well but got it from him a couple years ago. Can't complain. God only know what he is using now. But he's been trading for 30 years. So it may not be what youre looking for.

Albert I got a new p938 I fired about 100 rounds thru it yesterday. My trigger finger is still throbbing....... does the new trigger help with trigger slap, or the pain associated with the original trigger? Thanks for your help.
@AlbertDing2 жыл бұрын
I think this replacement does help with trigger slap. A lot of shooters like this gun due to the lack of trigger slap. Trigger slap is more common on other pocket pistols like the Ruger LCP. I feel that trigger slap with this gun is due to being TOO experienced enough to not have a death grip on the pistol... that, or the inability to grip hard enough. Thanks for the comment... something to think about.
