This is why I don’t trust reviews. For the money you could buy a nice 40 ft used cat. That cat can only hold 4 people. It is not capable of doing more than short coastal cruises. It has very expensive shipping, battery issues, stray current issues etc. stay far away from this unproven tech.

Buongiorno ! Gli scafi del Dragonfly non sono "bassi" per un trimarano di queste dimensioni; Al contrario, sono piuttosto ben difesi e molto voluminosi. Presto potrete scoprire la prova completa del Dragonfly 36 su Multihulls World.

The boat has a bit of a identity crisis... It is incredibly spacious for a sub 44 ft Catamaran: to get an Island birth, a actually usable desk and reasonably usable double bed in the front of such a small catamaran is quite impressive. It is clearly more a floating home than a racing boat with cabins which is fine, it could be a great live-aboard for a family whilst I would imagine being reasonably priced/affordable to run. But why on earth did they forget about head room? The guy can say he can easily fit whilst standing still but try walking in a rough seaway.

Strange comments on what I think is brilliant new design from Aquila. It ticks all the boxes. It is 52foot but feels like a 60 ft boat. I had a 44 which was a nice boat but was limited on space amd range for my use.I think for a mid price luxury ocean going power cat this will be a very popular choice. I am still waiting engine room drawings but they are much larger physicaly than the 44. Also they have a large removable hatch for taking in and out equipment saving deck damage and a regular access hatch for day to day. They will have a hybrid and foil version in the future and so the engine room is large enough to cope with those options.
