thank you for this and for your videos showing the DIY work - we had a positioning box previous, wasn't happy with it as it was one piece so hard to move around when training away from home. This is ideal. I have subscribed. thanks again

Could you possibly give a breakdown of the dimensions and supplies you’ve used, or otherwise a diagram where this could be found. I am working with another trainer who purchased his from gappay but i don’t make 6 figures a month, so I’ll be building mine. Thanks a bunch!
