Synchro and Xyz summoning are broken mechanics that would need to be nerfed to work in Rush duels (like no level 4 tuners, no strong Xyzs monsters, more requirements), fusions are the exception because they cost almost the same as Maximums. Then Pendulums and Link monsters are stupid when you have unlimited normal summons and no reason to implement extra monster zones.

It's rush duels a different format that has been here for about 2 years and this is a sequel series to the previous Rush duel anime Yugioh sevense

Zexal was awesome. Kaito was a great character, same for all the Barians & all of the Arclight characters. It's true that Yuma was a crybaby, but the fact that it had great characters and a good storyline made up for that in my opinion.
