I relate to John Myung a lot, being both a huge introvert, and being Korean. I definitely think that John talks more than what people think he does. He just seems to be a very private and introverted person. I would be the same way, if I was in the spotlight due to my career. Actually, when I am at work (I am a flight attendant.) Sometimes my coworkers will ask me if anything is wrong, because I’m not talking much. And John, I will just smile and say “no.” Lol. I’m glad to finally feel OK with being an introvert. There’s nothing wrong with it.

You can tell that, although he doesn’t feel like talking a lot, there is a lot for him to say. He definitely is a unique individual with many preferences, things, he enjoys, things he dislikes, artists that he respects, etc. He might not feel like expressing it, but he certainly does have a personality.

Could anybody figure out the transition to the first verse at exactly 1:30. He has been on 8/8 but the just before the verse he plays a bar and then tempo changes and it ends up in 8/8 again but this time in different phase then the previous one. I could not figure out by counting.

As someone who just saw Dream Theater 3 weeks ago, I could have NEVER believe that James would sound SO good live. I don't know what he did but he is singing SO much better now. Seeing this scared the shit out of me but thankfully I was able to witness one (if not THE) best show of my life.
