I can’t believe this comment section. If you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all. I bought broccocini on sale & needed to hear/learn everything in this video. Thank you.

So glad I found this video again. My first viewing was a few years ago. This is the ONLY video that explains the importance of cutting through the bottom membrane. Thank you!

How beautiful this recipe is, here in Brazil, we make it in a simple and very practical way and it is also wonderful, in the pressure cooker, big hug!

Never trust anyone who says to cook calamari for "only a few minutes" as they do not know what they are talking about. If you cook calamari for more than 2 minutes it will become chewy.

Your video is longer than it needs to be and your close ups moving around aren't the best way to show it.

can't begin to tell you how much I detest Americans who chirp "cheers!" when signing off. Do you also say "pip, pip, cheerio" and walk around your apartment with a bowler hat, monocle, and umbrella? Coz that's how much of a tired cliché that is. (I won't even get into your pronunciation of the word basil). Just because you've watched a few Jamie Oliver videos doesn't mean you're Freddy Eynsford-Hill, old chap!

Thanks, didn't have enough basil to put into my blender so good to see the mortar and pestle and work too.

Try mincing your capers, brings out the flavor. For the beer you need three cans one for the cooking and 2 for the cook. Mushy peas is the traditional side with fish and chips.

Pasta was so unneccessary, as was the sour cream. Those beautiful veggies were great...i wouldve finished the chicken in the oven and serve on a bed of those sweet beautiful onions and mushroom, garlic. But to each his own. Your chicken looked so beautiful when ypu took it outta the pan. I wouldve added zucchini and peppers and instead if red onion use vidalia. I appreciate your video, its just that the pasta was just not needed. But thank you for posting.
