Hi. I am 30+ and never had a cavity. Does this mean I haven't been exposed to s mutans, and I should be careful about exchanging saliva (kissing) in the future?

No, your enamel is strong enough, your oral hygiene is good, your diet contains less carbon hydrates and that’s why you don’t have dental caries. But be sure everybody, including you, has S. mutants in their mouth but in yours they are in decreased amount.

S mutans are not present in the new born by kissing it is spreading to baby.

Nickel is known to cause allergic reactions , hence the percentage of nickel is SS crown is also low.

Hi doc, in hall technique do we only choose the crown size and we place the ssc without any adjusting of the ssc? For the tooth with pulpectomy why the tooth and ssc need to be adjusted and not be placed like hall technique? Thank you

Thank you for the video. My 4yo had SDF on a crack on his 12y molar that then got a very tiny cavity after an illness. Very thankful for this treatment vs filling or otherwise. Would love a video on pediatric gum graft. My 7yo ha thin gums/unattached gingiva and perio recommended allograft gum graft. My research of failure of this procedure is not reassuring. Thank you for sharing your expertise.
