I have a W707 in my 1973 VW bus. It's a superb piece of kit. I have it connected to a Bluetooth speaker and after upgrading the speaker recently I had to reach out to Carpuride for some advice. The customer service was swift and resolved my issue. I can highly recommend.

I use a 3,5 jack male to male which provides high res audio up to 48Hz. No noise and for audio the best solution.

Bonjour, vous ne pouvez connecter qu'un seul téléphone mobile à la fois et l'utiliser en tête-à-tête. Pour passer du téléphone mobile A au téléphone mobile B, vous devez d'abord désactiver le Bluetooth et le WiFi du téléphone mobile A, puis vous connecter au téléphone mobile B.

IF YOU CANT GET IT TO WORK: I have the C92 in my car and after some loop hole jumping I figured out a way to do it. On the Bluetooth setting on the phone for Carpuride, turn off carplay. Then go to Airplay on the stereo and follow the steps 1 and 2 NOT 3. Once connected to the stereos WiFi network, then try to do screen mirror on your phone (should be in control center and should be different than airplay) this worked for me and I was able to stream KZbin with no issues wirelessly. Hopefully it helps you guys

IHello, I purchased the Carpuride W702 I also purchased the " but I don't know how the W702 and the Sqaure bracket mount to each other? is there an adaptor plate that replaces the ball bracket on the back? I've already contacted your support and received the same directions pictures on your website I believe that you are unaware that this mount does not work with the W702 the bolt pattern is different. even when you remove the 1" ball the pattern is incorrect insufficient for mounting without an adaptor plate. For reference I'm a machinist something is missing, please try it for yourself. Could you send me some directions that show this, pictures or refer me to a video etc.? your website pictures/directions never show the actual fitting? Thank You

UPDATE Carpuride W702 and optional "SQUARE BRACKET MOUNT"(it's actually a bar mount) I've installed on a 2016 Ducati Multistrada just finished riding to work the mount is a much tidier look and quite stable now! one downside of the "square mount kit" would be the lack of bar sizes it will mount to, and it's made of plastic so maybe not for offroad use but I'm happy with it.

Thank you for the reply. Maybe you could update the description then to show the models that will do Screen Mirroring. Motorcyclist such as myself will know you can’t have the water resistant feature AND screen mirroring.

Just got my carpuride W701 from Amazon. Aside from the power cord being too think and not long enough, I had to buy a third party aux cable that was flat to make it easier to hide wires. I drive a Fiat 500. After following every step, iOS Mirroring does not work which is why I bought this product. There are no help articles or forums talking about this issue or solutions. It’s as if the product doesn’t actually have the feature… I will return and get another and see if maybe it’s defective. Maybe need a higher model for that feature but there’s little to no resources in this. Former Apple employee I can assure you I tried all the troubleshooting steps to isolate but no luck. If mirror is not a feature that works, this thing is not what it is described to be.
