Furthermore, MapCell is particularly well-suited for scenarios where there are limited numbers of cells per group, such as in the context of small clusters associated with specific diseases or patient outcomes (PFS). Hi Joshua, thanks for reaching out! Yes we have previously worked with Nanopore technology and our kits are compatible. You would need to use the ONT kits to generate compatible libraries after cDNA generation. At this point unfortunately we do not offer solutions for FFPE tissue.
