Why the train looks very ugly? Malaysia cannot do better looking train at front end , at least ? Does Malaysia don't care about good looks ??

Great video. I own a condo in the "old subsale" very near to the MRT. How do you see the capital appreciation of that unit next 3 - 5 years? :)
@WenHsiangFortressRealEstate
@WenHsiangFortressRealEstate 6 күн бұрын
Over the next 3-5 years, once construction starts and people can actually see the progress, that usually signals the station is close to a ‘confirmed’ status. At that stage, buyers may feel more confident purchasing nearby. But, with construction comes added traffic and noise, which could create downward pressure on property prices in the area. How the market will react? That’s always the big question, and unfortunately, I don’t have a crystal ball😅

@WenHsiangFortressRealEstate 6 күн бұрын
Yes, while the tunnel boring machine will handle underground mining, there will still be work and machinery operating at ground level as well. For a better look at the process, you can check out this video on how they built the MRT Bukit Bintang Underground Station: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqekZ2t9g9KsfM0si=zPOgU4b_DSnfAnAk For more technical questions, feel free to chat with the MRT representative at the information booth! 😊 The public inspection period runs until December, so now’s a great time to get informed.

Exactly. Waste of tax payer money. Mont Kiara do not need MRT. Been staying here over 10 years it’s not so jam as they claimed. Just during school timing. It’ll be a nightmare. It is already good as it is now.

Very good and professional talk about the mrt3 and how it aligns and exits etc. agree with you that short term excitement and between the time of construction complete will be a headache. what do you think of agile mont kiara and also those like seni/kiaraville which is not close to the mrt. need to take shuttle bus like t852 later right/

Any MRT or public transport system will not work to reduce traffic flow & congestion as most/all students attending any international schools are from the T2 group who own luxury cars with drivers. These entitled people will not want their precious children to be exposed to the masses. Most residents in the MK & SH area have > 1 car & walking even on a covered street is too much hard work for them as they are used to getting their exercise in an air-conditioned luxury gym.

Many foreigners there ie from Europe, Japan, Korea living there world happily take the mrt as well as the working crowd there. Even students from international school walk around the area..

Not true. Even rich people at countries like Japan, Singapore, South Korea also use public transport heavily as a developed nation. MALAYSIA also changing and moving forward towards that path. Public transport IS NOT only for B40 like what you typical thinking. Those project cost billions 💰

That's what u think. The reason we use car even tho we are rich is that we dont have public transport nearby. Once MRT completed in this area, for sure rich people like us use it. Just like in Singapore or Japan for example.
