@@autovidendk trying to connect via Base Station using app. Base station had a full factory reset but cameras won’t connect back to base station. When SYNC button is pushed light blinks amber not blue. Very frustrating process

The video on screen's synced audio is from the film with the music removed. So all speech, singing, sound effects etc. is completely acapella. If the orchestra weren't playing, you'd have a music-free version of Frozen. On the conductor's monitor in front of him, you'll see a white dot that flashes? That's marking the tempo, the dot flashes at the start of each bar. Then you'll see a line that glides across his monitor, that's another cue; not sure what though, it might be tempo change. He's likely to have in-ears as well with audio cues for interlude music etc.

I have purchased an Arlo Pro2 and everything started out great, yet a year later and now all cameras are pixilated and their customer service which is absolutely horrible just can't seem to find the issue. This problem is company and camera wide. When the company decided to compress video files, they altered the video quality being stored. Storing crap video is useless to every home "security" camera. I will never purchase from this company again.

You are right. Arlo updates your camera software as they wish. Everytime a new software is uploaded to the camera, some of the original features is broken or removed. They try to make costurmers purchase subscriptions or new cameras. And yes you are allso correct about there custormer service, there is NONE.

you can press rapidly ESC key for 5 or 6 times when you turn laptop on in starting ( before the games republic logo) then go to startup setting then disable the fast boot it fixed save it and restart your laptop and enjoy it!

One of my camera disconnected after installing a changed battery, I could not sync the camera a second time . Until I noticed one contact in battery compartment was misaligned . I Put piece of plastic material between pin and base to keep it inline. My unit did not show any lights when I attempted to sync the second time.

I just got the same problem, but this time mine doesnt even display anything... Shut it down when i slept for around 8-10hrs and then the display stopped working. Tried looking see if it was my ram stick that malfunctioned, or if it was my hdd. Still nothing. Even tried that 1 dudes 30 sec 1min 2min method display not working. Any tips guys?

Exact same model, I bought it used. The previous owner deleted everything, and reset the win, etc. In the first weeks it did the same thing, but since then the issue is gone. Cant even remember the last occasion. It just fixed itself, or I dont know. The first time it was troubling tho.

try checking your lcd matrix panel, because the connection between the screen and the matrix was not fastened enough, i easily fixed this by putting a piece of paper between the screen and the back panel works like a charm

SAME PROBLEM....After waiting for a week on the Asus service, in my broken new Asus TUF FX705DY they found that the notebook was working properly and sending it back under warranty. I am going to record HD movie and put on youtube describing the whole situation that happened to me - step by step how I pick up the parcel and turn on the power - I will prove and show the truth how the company proceeds. It will be a warning to everyone ! I will not leave it this way and will bring it to an end.

my gl753 wont start at first time if i leave it overnight ... i have to try like 5 to 8 time inorder to make it start ... keyboard light flash and turned off i have to try again to make it start any one having the same problem ? is it related to bios or something ?

@@Albalgawinot yet at the beginning i had only one problem which came from a dead capacitor , the repair made the problem worst thought that the problem come from the bios chip which was fine and after changing it the laptop wouldn't start at all and not finding the real issue , I took it to another repair shop, they found that i had a bad capacitor which not storing enough power that's why I had to press ON many times,after chaning the capacitor , they reflashed the bios chip again and next they'll flash another chip called it8586e ecrom which is responsible for starting the laptop, I'll called them this week. If your laptop won't start the first time but it did start after many tries its could be a dead capacitor and it easy to change.

@@Albalgawi I've checked your video I had almost the same problem at first I had to press many time to turn it on only keyboard flashes but after pressing many times I always manage to, after one week it won't turn on at all only keyboard flash , they told me that it came from a bad capacitor. Your problem could be like mine or maybe not I don't know, I'll tell what they did if they manage to fix mine .

Just got the Arlo Pro2 kit. The resolution although advertised as HD 1024x... etc., is pathetic; blurry, not sharp. I'm not sure if this camera is truly recording at HD, even 720 would be better. I think it's even worse. My first impression is bad. I might be returning this but I'll give it a little more time. Concept excellent, execution poor.

I wish I had known this before. I just purchased the pro last week, and finally got it installed today. We set it up, aimed it to where it would cover our front steps, and mailbox which is about 20-30 feet away. We've had packages stolen from both our porch, and mailbox, so, this was important. I went outside, walked down the driveway, went to the mailbox, then walked up the sidewalk; it didn't even detect me until I was about 5 feet away, if that. Extremely disappointing. In the meantime, we drilled holes into our house, to mount the camera, and now I'm thinking I might just return it.

UPDATE: I've investigated my GL502VM and very rarely I get an image to an external monitor - and I was able to install a Teamviewer remote control software. I saw the GTX1060 shows error on windows device manager, that it could not be started. So I think it's GPU that is broken??? I'll investigate more when got some time and update here. Must open laptop case to inspect visually that cables are connected... Laptop broke after 1 year 10 months of use, just bad quality I think. Asus warranty was not sure if failure is covered by warranty or not: they stated that they want to investigate and if it's not under warranty, they'll charge 110 euros from me as an inspection fee. I think I'm not trying their "roulette" for warranty or not... I'm buying some other brand gaming laptop than Asus next.

A wired system is the best hands down. Wireless is more of a lesser quality system with more lag and problems and less dependable.

very informative comparison. I'm currently on the fence of whether to buy Pro or Pro 2. Costco currently has Pro on sale, $100 off for a 3-pack. One question I have @ 1:20, I want to know if the Arlo Pro was able to capture the license plate number at the blue car's distance, unfortunately the plate is blocked in this video.

I bought 2 Arlo pro camera and 2 extra arlo pro battery with arlo charging station for two , i charged before replace the old one.Before to sync replace the old one from the arlo camera and connect the power cable from ac power in to the camera, you will see a blue light, press for 2 sec the sync button from the Base station and after 10 sec press the top button from the camera for 2 sec but don't disconnect the ac power from the camera and its done .took me about 2 minutes. you have to do it one by one separated and i sync the camera closed to the Base station.

I also should mention that I also tried removing the device from the app, uninstalled the app, clean installed it. I did this a few times and nothing worked. FYI my router is made by Netgear for Optus, ironically so is Arlo by Netgear...somehow they are not compatible ??

Thank you for your video. A real life saver :) I was trying to sync my 4 Arlo Pro cameras for a full day. I'd searched many Arlo forums, Arlo Community sites, Arlo faqs, and even rang Arlo support (twice for a good 1 hour each). I tried power cycle my router, power cycle the Arlo base, power cycle all the cameras, did factory reset numerous times, changed the ethernet cable, tried different sockets on the router. All cameras were 100% fully charged, I even tried with the camera that was on its OEM charger, followed the procedure of the sync process to the letter. Even the tech person gave up and advised me to bring the unit back to the store and get a replacement one due to D.O.A. As a last resort, I did what you did and all the cameras synced in seconds...:) Took them home and work perfectly since.
