I still remember when the Old Navy in Plaza Las America used to have this same cab, but it was painted in white around 2012, then the cab was redone in June 2019.

This elevator is done for. You're lucky you came here when it was working. It's been dead since March, and they have "modernization in progress" signs blocking the doors on both levels, yet NO SUCH MOD is in progress at all! The most recent conveyance under the state's labor & industries records database even noted "Signs blocking doors in lobby indicating a modernization is in progress. No such alteration is on file. Elevator contractor to call inspector." Needless to say, I left a review directly addressing the problem recently. I am so close to just calling the mall myself to ask them SPECIFICALLY what's up. Because this is unacceptable. They should've replaced the damn thing with two glass Elevators back during the 2011 remodel!! Lastly, I see the Escalators broken all the time. It's like they are barely making it out alive with maintenance. To be fair, they keep having to call up Portland because that's the localmost office for each company!! Schindler just finished the Macy's CTC mod, so god forbid they come & mod the problematic elevators here. Although, I have seen OTIS show up twice within the past month already. I'd love to see a HydroAccel mod done on the Dover...

I call this one my Bathroom. This one has suffered some issues this year, including when it went low on oil TWICE (initially, then again not even a week after they refilled the tank), then finally they repacked the seal. It shut off both times (I have the video of the occurrence.) Currently it's in good enough condition, but it runs worse now.

As of 10/09/24, this hotel has officially been imploded.

This store closed last month on September 22.

According to my friend, this elevator and the one in JCP have been down for MONTHS and he doesn't know if they're being fixed. Major ADA violation and a huge issue. Even the Google reviews complain about it

Huh… I’m guessing this is one of Iowa’s oldest Menards stores, because this location opened in 1994. But didn’t get an elevator until the late 2010s.
