Yea I saw what I liked and put my own spin. I use premier pro mainly and just watch KZbin to learn how to edit. It’s likely any other skill, requires a lot of practice and creativity.

It’s not instant it’s very near instant. I found it to be around 7 frames @60fps you can convert that to ms. It’s a small detail but it helps you understand the timing a little better.

Yeah, it’s not instant. It feels like a slight sway motion. For example: a game like Overwatch, those characters stop pretty much immediately the second you let go of a movement key.

This problem is more mental than mechanical, it happens because of anxiety, these drill will improve your mechanics but to be calm you need other things

Good refresh rate won’t fix crosshair placement but definitely will making aiming easier. I’d argue someone with a worse refresh rate and good crosshair placement is going to be better than a person with bad crosshair placement and a high refresh rate.
