If it's on polyester it should be fine but if it's something else like cotton it will wash out little by little unless you spray cotton spray on the area before and after sublimating.✨

No only if you laminate it first. I tried without laminating it and it messed it up.

are you going through the elastic when stitching? What are the tension, width, and length?

Yes, I am sewing through the elastic. I keep my tension at a 4. Stitch width of 1.4 and stitch length of 3.5.

idk if it was mentioned but wat thread do u use?? cuz i have New brothread 40 Brother Colors Polyester Embroidery Machine Thread Kit 500M (550Y) each Spool for Brother Babylock Janome Singer Pfaff Husqvarna Bernina Embroidery and Sewing Machines alot of it and i dont embroider and was wonderin if u think it would work??

You technically can use it but it isn’t as strong as regular sewing thread. I used Gutterman all purpose thread.

BEST A Sub settings for this is 380 for 45 Seconds. Doing it at your suggested 400 deg for 60 seconds starts to melt the stitching. Just a friendly heads up
