One thing I suggest: If you have feral hogs, like we do here in Hawaii, put a removable metal plate under the grill so you can remove the grease drippings. Those will attract the hogs and you'll never get rid of them.

Please get a cutting wood, you'll scrape the surface of your counter! Otherwise, the pizza looks great! I plan to make some pulled pork, tho' never tried before. If there will be leftovers (hardly doubt), I'll turn it into a pizza.

Ok. I made this as and is good. Taste like what i know is buffalo wing sauce. I say that because there is a ton of store brands out there that taste nothing like buffalo wing sauce. I may experiment with other hot sauces. Other than franks. I've always preferred Louisiana brand hot sauce. Now i followed your recipe as is how do i make hotter ? Is it simply by adding more cayenne red pepper ? Thanx for any help. But im proud of myself for making it. I can tell people i made buffalo wing sauce from scratch !
@rtk6945Ай бұрын
Is that cayenne pepper ? I might try this one tonight. This is one of two im considering. You say red pepper but is it red cayenne pepper ?

I made your pimento cheese, using Dukes mayo. It was delicious. I did put a teaspoon of canned jalapeños like my late husband did. Just a little gives it enough of a kick to be extra delicious. Your spice combination works so well together. I hand grated the cheese because all I had was a 16 oz block. This will be my go to pimento cheese! Thank you so much! My SC husband always made it for me since I didn’t like it. Homemade changed my mind. The store bought is yucky!!
