Thank you both for your transparency…and for your ongoing commitment to growth and discovery. This is such a beautiful, heartfelt dialogue. It’s one thing to represent courage and authenticity on social media with perfect quotes and clever clips. It’s a whole new level to be fully and committed to the journey daily. The hunger and willingness to surrender. The passion in both your eyes. 🥹 It’s rare. Truly. Mad respect to you both 🤍

Two of his "big four lawsuits" have already been DISMISSED, with prejudice, with some pretty harsh wording from the judges about his "nonsensical arguments" with "no basis in law". He's duping his clients by calling himself a "lawyer" and at the rate he's going he's going to wind up in prison if he doesn't cut it out.
@gavrielgreen88806 ай бұрын
I love Brandon dearly- took his course twice, watched nearly every show he's ever been on. We hung out last time I was in L.A. and we've even been in touch about his law firm helping me out with an upcoming lawsuit. I'm about halfway through this interview and absolutely loving it! AND - I paused now to say that Male-to-Female transsexuals do not chop their dick off- the surgeon inverts it into a vagina. And 9.9 times out of 10 MTF's strongly identify as female. I actually can't imagine ANYONE going through all the trouble of "lower surgery" (in either direction) and NOT having a strong female or male identity... So, lumping transition together with NO gender is just silly talk :) Regarding non-binary shooting stars, lol: I'm gonna assume the whole concept that "only men and women have rights" is based on the Constitution. However, does the Constitution GIVE us our rights? Like, are you saying we didn't have rights before a few dudes got together and wrote the Constitution? Or does the Constitution merely express our inalienable rights? And if they truly are inalienable, then how can one forfeit those rights merely by bending cultural norms? (Many Native American tribes celebrate the 3rd gender, Thailand worships male-to-female transsexuals, and Judaism references 7 genders or sexes. And there's WAY more intersexed than most people care to know about- except their parents usually pick a sex and alter their newborn's genitals without the baby's consent so the parents can quell their own fear of their kid not fitting in with cultural norms, rather than empowering their child to be who they are as they are, with hormones and surgery as an option should the kid choose so.) Also: if only men and women have rights, does that mean children and animals and the earth do not have rights? Does that mean you can rob someone, beat them up, or go through their personal belongings on the sole basis of their gender fluidity? How does that align with common law? The more I think about it, I wonder how is saying "only men and women have rights" different than when Germany rationalized their treatment toward Jews? Or when non-denatured people weren't allowed inside public establishments in 2020/1? Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I'm gonna go enjoy the 2nd half of your fascinating interview 🌟

Be careful listening to this grifter. Brandon's "theories" are complete nonsense and he really REALLY doesn't know what he's talking about. His lawsuits are pure hilarity, and are being dismissed one by one with judges writing things like "nonsense arguments" and "no basis in law". If he keeps calling himself a "lawyer" he's going to eventually wind up in prison for fraud and unlicensed practice of law.

@@Pants4096 One got dismissed because the order to pay was not unconditional. The other cases are unconditional orders to pay. I suggest looking into the difference between attorney-in-fact and attorney-at-law.
@Pants40966 ай бұрын
@@gavrielgreen8880 LOL NO. it was dismissed because "Plaintiffs’ arguments are unavailing. As Defendants accurately argue, Plaintiffs have not alleged any facts plausibly demonstrating that the Contracts are “negotiable instruments” or “collateral securities.”" His case against AMEX was dismissed yesterday. The judge ruled it was not a viable case because the "plainly frivolous nature of Plaintiff’s allegations and reliance on a non-viable legal theory. " An "attorney-in-fact" is just someone who has power of attorney, which does NOT mean they're a lawyer, just that they have the rights to make some legal decisions on behalf of someone. They may NOT represent anybody in a lawsuit. When will you people get it through your heads that Brandon is WRONG about all these crazy theories. I mean, the very idea of infinite money is nonsensical to begin with, so that should have been a clue. He's going to wind up in prison if he doesn't start paying his taxes and stop representing himself as a lawyer to his "clients". I mean, come on. Y'all keep arguing that a name has some different meaning whether it's spelled in all caps or not. THAT'S NOT A THING. It's never been a thing. It never will be a thing. Some languages don't even HAVE upper/lower case. It's ridiculous. People laugh at you for suggesting it. Get real. WAKE UP.
