Currently at autozone making them change it. Poor guy, u could see the defeated look on his face when he saw where it was located. So i thought i wojld try youtube to see if i could make it easier on him. He was going to go with the remove everything route, i suggested the air cleaner removal after he got all the clips out. Hopefully that IS the easier way

That's impressive that they changed it! Most parts stores won't do an Escape.

Quick tip for everyone if you need to take out the windshield wipers after removing the bolt just stick the wiper up like your about to change the blade and it will come out without any force! The only reason you need a “puller” is because when it’s sitting normal it’s pushing on the bolt making it hard to pull out.

If you cut the tree into sections before it becomes a really big tree, then it makes the whole job easier. Like when the tree is about 6-12 inches tall, that's a good height to cut it. You can use a smaller chainsaw when the tree is that small. Or scissors. I suppose it just takes a little planning ahead. That's how the professionals do it. Most people just don't plan ahead enough. Basically, the home-tractor sales industry is targeted at people who don't solve their small problems before they become big problems. Mediocre problems are the best kind. Whenever I encounter a big problem, I know that it's already too late to nip it in the bud, so I just intentionally move on to a mediocre problem.

That battery placement is totally inexcusable. It totally typifies why I hate working on cars not only is doing simple things complex was there a purposely designed the impossible for the average person to do they are designed that way so the dealership can justify charging 2 hours labor to change the battery, and then they can tell you because it's so expensive to change the battery you get the most expensive battery on the face of the Earth

Sounds like you did not get the wipers lined up and nut did not get on tight enough. Here's a video on how I re-installed the wipers. Don't over-tighten the nut but it should be tight enough so the wipers function properly and don't flop around. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hF63nHaCjb6omNEsi=P7I4z7WXC8Bd1WSf&t=626

My son is a mechanic he worked for Ford and Chevy...There is a faster way to remove the batt on a Ford Escape. No need to remove the wipers and the windshield components. instead remove the Air filter box .and other parts in front of the batt. Faster and less work.

I discovered that method after doing it this way. I think I prefer it, too.

Steve, please help! I have the same washing machine, I followed your video exactly and have the washing machine completely apart. The bearing I purchased on Amazon is wrong. I proceeded to call repair clinic and they informed me that I need to buy the rear drum and the bearing as one. In other words, they are not sold separately. They want $405 plus tax and shipping. I really thought I would be able to buy the bearing kit for reasonable cost. Do you have any advice? Thanks Brian

What would you recommend for trapping a red squirrel or just any squirrel
@kcstever14 ай бұрын
I'm no expert but the live trap I used in the video worked pretty good. The larger one that's more sized for a raccoon worked better for me.

I believe that's showing that the wash will take 2 hours and 9 minutes when started. If it's flashing you need to press Start for it to begin when it's closed.

The felt liner on the back of our drum looks melted. It also squeaks very loud (more like screams) lint has gotten everywhere inside of the cabinet we found while replacing a heating element. My husband is so frustrated just trying to get it back together as is right now. 😅 So I figured I'd look into what parts I need and do this myself. My husband works 12 hour nights 6 nights a week. I know he is tired, so I really really hope that I can do this so that he doesn't have to. 🤞 Thank you for this tutorial
